CHAPTER 5 - DATA TRANSFER / REPORTS

When transferring data to or from the 1833, 1834, 1835, 1837, or 1838 entry system using the DoorKing Remote

Account Manager for Windows, you can choose to transfer the data immediately (Immediate Transfer) or you

can set up a schedule to transfer the data at a programmed time (Scheduled Transfer).

If using the DKS server for your data transfers (immediate or scheduled), the account name will be highlighted

and an Internet Session Status window will appear showing “In Progress.” Once completed, the status will

change to Successful. You can close this window during the In Progress stage. Once the transfer is complete,

the window will appear again showing the successful or unsuccessful completion.

To cancel an internet session that is in progress, choose from the Action pull down menu “Cancel Internet

Session.”
